How to ensure high deliverability?
○ Number of SMS you’re sending each day
○ Do not send a lot of messages at the exact same time
○ Messages must be spread over the entire work day
○ The content of what you’re sending
○ Messages can not be all the same, the more variability via merge tags the better

● The ability to cap the number of messages sent per day

● Messages must be sent in increments and not all at once
Phone numbers
● Ability to use multiple phone numbers
○ You should only send 50-100 SMS per day per phone number
○ If you want to send 1000/per day the software should provide 10-20 phone numbers
Responding
● Does the software make it easy to respond to all the incoming SMS?
○ Does it provide Ai capabilities to respond in real time itself?
■ Does it have a calendar integration? and Ai capability to book them on your calendar?
○ If not,
■ You have to respond manually, or you need to hire someone to do your responses/ bookings

● Can you create your own templates

○ The ability to change parts of your message without them all being the same and not having to do it manually.
